Yes, the person who accompanies the person who has Parkinson's disease is most welcome. Whoever accompanies you, the same entry fee covers you both.
Actually, experience has taught us that if your spouse takes an active role and sings along also, it becomes a supportive helpful activity for both of you.
NO! Our modest fees are for each session. Once a person decides this music therapy is something they want to attend regularly, it is possible to pay a month or more in advance. But that is an individual choice. There are no contracts. The first session will be free of charge.
No. Our music therapy is for people with Parkinson's disease. The focus in our sessions addresses their needs. The incorporation and 501(c)(3) charity status clearly state the purpose of the group. We exist for people with PD and their families / caregivers. We deliver music therapy to people with Parkinson's disease. And since we encourage spouses & other caregivers to become a part of our choir, when we perform our singers are people who have PD and their family members or caregivers who come to practices and join as supportive members.
Send an email to TrembleDWR at gmail.com if you need more information.
